STOLEN GAGA DRESS HEADED TO AUCTION? The dress Lady Gaga wore to the 2019 Golden Globes is headed to auction, but as TMZ reports, it may be stolen. A maid at the Beverly Hilton found the dress she wore in the star’s vacated room and took it to lost and found; it sat there until the hotel gave the maid the dress as a finder’s keepers fee. But TMZ reports that the Valentino Haute Couture blue dress was a loan, and the designers believe the dress was stolen, and are aiming to get police involved as the dress heads to auction on Halloween via Nate D. Sanders Auctions. The dress was an homage to the one worn by Judy Garland in 1954’s A Star Is Born. (TMZ)
SARAH HYLAND, WELLS ADAMS CELEBRATE ENGAGEMENT: Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams celebrated their love with an engagement party on Saturday. The Modern Family star shared on social media next to a picture of Adams toasting to their future with cocktails: “Over 2 years ago, he asked me out for drinks and tacos. We still do the same thing now… just engaged. So Thank you @casamigos for keepin our dream alive with tequila.” (ET)
KERRY WASHINGTON REFLECTS ON MOTHERHOOD: Kerry Washington is bringing her experiences as a mother to her role in Netflix‘s American Son, she tells ET. At the red carpet premiere of the drama she said: “After playing Olivia Pope [in Scandal] for seven seasons, I was having this alternate reality in my real life of becoming a mom and I didn’t get to explore any of the feelings around becoming a mom while I was playing Olivia — because she chose not to be one, which is a choice I totally respect. But to be able to kind of explore how vulnerable parenting makes you is a privilege for me at this point in my career.” American Son drops November 1st on Netflix.
MAN ARRESTED ATTEMPTING TO BREAK INTO DAVID SCHWIMMER’S HOME: Eric Rosa, 29, was arrested trying to break into actor David Schwimmer‘s East Village townhouse over the weekend, Page Six reports. It is unclear if Schwimmer was home at the time, but someone reportedly called 911 and alerted the police. (Page Six)
