KEVIN HART TOO SICK FOR LEGACY VISION: Kevin Hart is still in recovery mode after his terrible car crash last month. He was scheduled to appear at L.A. Missions‘s 9^th Annual Legacy of Vision Gala Thursday to receive an honorary award for his work with the organization, but TMZ reports he won’t be able to make it. Nick Cannon is hosting and he will reportedly accept the award on Kevin and wife Eniko Hart‘s behalf. (TMZ)

RONNIE ORTIZ-MAGRO DODGES FELONY CHARGES: Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro will not be facing felony charges after his fight with Jen Harley and subsequent arrest, ET reports. Instead, the L.A. D.A. deferred the case to the City Attorney, who will review the charges and may slap him with a misdemeanor charge, which is punishable up to one year in jail. (ET)

PETE DAVIDSON AND KAIA GERBER HANG AGAIN: Pete Davidson and Kaia Gerber have been hanging out a lot this week. First, he was spotted leaving the model’s apartment, and then on Wednesday, he was seen eating at Sadelle‘s together. He recently split from Margaret Qualley; before that, he date Kate Beckinsale and was enagaged previously to Ariana Grande. (People)

WINNIE HARLOW + MALUMA? Model Winnie Harlow and singer Maluma may be dating, Page Six reports. An insider says they were out and about at Blend in Long Isand City this week, and Harlow was spotted at Maluma’s recent MSG show, where she was seen hanging with him afterwards and “dancing closely.” (Page Six)

AMO HALL IS TRANSITIONING: The Challenge‘s Amo Hall is transitioning. They have been taking hormones for a few months and explains that the experience of dressing in drag on season 31 of The Real World made them realize they were nonbinary. “I was watching the other men get ready and kind of turn gender into something that was more comedic. For me, it just felt so personal and serious, and I couldn’t really figure out why,” they explain. (E!)
