No more exotic dancers at the Duchess, effective next month

KAMLOOPS — The only bar with exotic dancers in Kamloops will be switching to strictly a nightclub venue starting next month.
In a Facebook post, the Duchess on Tranquille says there will no longer be exotic dancers at the venue effective Nov. 2.
There’s mixed reaction on social media to the news — with some saying it’s the end of the Duchess, and others making suggestions for how the club can succeed without its unique service.
