JUSTIN BIEBER SUED BY A PHOTOGRAPHER AFTER POSTING AN IMAGE OF HIMSELF ON INSTAGRAM: Justin Bieber is being sued for posting a photo of himself on social media. The 25-year-old singer is being sued by photographer Robert Barbera has filed a lawsuit for copyright infringement against Justin. The photo in question was one that he posted of him with pal Rich Wilkerson in a car back in March. “Robert says that this action arises due to Bieber’s ‘unauthorized reproduction and public display” of the copyrighted photograph, which is owned and registered by Barbera,'” E! reports. They also state that Justin did not “license the Photograph” from Robert for his Instagram page, nor did he have Robert’s “permission or consent to publish” the photo on Instagram.

The anthem for is featured in Disney’s new film Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, which stars Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning. Rexha will perform the song on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this Friday, the same day the film opens in theaters. She has also been touring with The Jonas Brothers, opening for the group during their Happiness Begins tour.

PS Just got out of pool so hair is wet … sorry!!!” Britney first debuted her brunette hair while out on a date with boyfriend Sam Asghari back in August.
