WISCONSIN GOVERNOR UNMOVED BY KIM KARDASHIAN: While she seems to have the magic touch in getting other inmates freed, Kim Kardashian is having trouble convincing Wisconsin Governor Evers to allow convicted murderer Brendan Dassey to walk free. He has been behind bars since 2005 for the murder of Teresa Halbach. He was 16 at the time of the crime. A rep for Evers tells TMZ that Evers will not be moved either way by Kardashian’s involvement in the case. (TMZ)
