No injuries but plenty of damage after Williams Lake lumber truck crash

WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — RCMP in Williams Lake are looking into a frightening lumber truck crash.

At about 4:30 p.m. Thursday (Oct. 3), a truck travelling along Highway 97 south of Williams Lake left the road and flipped into the ditch.

The impact of the crash caused the load of lumber to spill.

According to North District RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Madonna Saunderson, no one was injured in the crash.
