DOCTORS WARN ABOUT KIM KARDASHIAN’S WAIST TRAINERS: Kim Kardashian has debuted her new SKIMS waist trainer, and it sold out in every size in less than 24 hours. While the trainer claims to “instantly erase inches,” doctors tell Page Six that they may want to think twice. “While they seem like a quick and easy fix, waist trainers don’t actually burn fat or make you lose weight, and there can be a lot of harmful side effects,” Dena Barsoum, MD, board-certified physiatrist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Hospital for Special Surgery, told Page Six Style. “There’s a reason our bodies have the shape that they do. Waist trainers compress everything in the abdomen; not just your muscles and skin, but your intestines, stomach, liver, spleen and kidneys, and all of those need space to function.” Wearers could experience side effects from indigestion and heartburn to cracked ribs and pinched nerves.

BEN AFFLECK SPOTTED OUT WITH LAURENE POWELL JOBS: Ben Affleck was spotted out at dinner with billionaire Laurene Powell Jobs in L.A. But sources tell Page Six they’re just old pals. RUMER WILLIS PRAISES MOM DEMI’S VULNERABILITY: Rumer Willis is so “proud” of her mother Demi Moore‘s bravery and “vulnerability” following the revelations she shared in her tell-all memoir, Inside Out. Demi shared her near-death experience at a party with Rumer in 2012, cheating and threesome allegations in her marriage with Ashton Kutcher, eating disorders, addiction issues and more. “I think so many women have watched her, and just as her daughter, I’ve watched her, as this beacon of strength and this kind of leader,” Willis, 31, said on The Talk Tuesday. “What I really respect about her is that she is never the victim in her stories. She takes accountability. She takes responsibility, and mind you, this is her perspective, her story, and she’s the first one to say that.”
