KEVIN SMITH TALKS HARVEY WEINSTEIN: Director Kevin Smith tells Business Insider that disgraced mogul Harvey Weinstein tried to “circle the wagons” in the days before he was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women. Weinstein called him and suggested that they might to a sequel to his 1999 film Dogma starring Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. Smith says: “I felt it was someone using something you love to provoke a reaction,” says Smith. After the story broke, wrote on Twitter: “He financed the first 14 years of my career – and now I know while I was profiting, others were in terrible pain. It makes me feel ashamed.” (People)

NICK JONAS SAYS HE WAS CLOSE TO A COMA: After being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 13, Nick Jonas reveals that he came very close to a serious health crisis. “I was very close to a coma,” Jonas revealed. “Like a day away, if I hadn’t gone to the hospital.” Jonas had an array of distressing symptoms, shedding almost 15 pounds in two weeks, and craving endless amounts of water and soda. JENNI ‘JWOWW’ FARLEY GIVES UPDATE ON GREYSON: Jenni “JWoww” Farley is thrilled with how far her son Greyson has come after she started working with a behavioral analysis therapist. Greyson was diagnosed with autism this year. Farley revealed: “He used to have [ABA therapy for] two-to-three hours, three times a week, and he would also do speech and OT [occupational therapy] at a local hospital. But over time, and recently, we got approved for 30 hours a week for ABA, which is huge ’cause 30 hours of ABA has been a game-changer. Not only that, but Greyson goes to preschool three hours a day, five days a week and his ABA therapist Steph goes there for two hours a day with him to really help him transition into the everyday world with people and little kids his own age.” (People)

RAMI MALEK SHARES WHAT MR. ROBOT CREATOR SAM ESMAIL GIFTED HIM: After four seasons and an Emmy Award for Best Actor, Rami Malek, 38, is bidding farewell to Mr. Robot. He tells ET that it was a “tremendously emotional experience,” and that he thanked creator Sam Esmail with one of his character Elliot’s hoodies. Esmail also gave him a gift, Malek says: “He put together the collection of all the CDs that Elliot uses to compile all the nasty people who have done the world wrong and framed them for me with a photo of the two of us,” he shared.
