STRANGER THINGS RENEWED, CREATORS SIGN NINE-FIGURE DEAL: Netflix has renewed Stranger Things for a fourth season and signed creators Matt and Ross Duffer to a multi-year film and TV deal that many say is around nine figures, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Three months ago, the third season of the sci-fi hit returned after a year off-air. “The Duffer Brothers have captivated viewers around the world with Stranger Things and we’re thrilled to expand our relationship with them to bring their vivid imaginations to other film and series projects our members will love,” said Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos. “We can’t wait to see what the Duffer Brothers have in store when they step outside the world of the Upside Down.” While the mega-streamer keeps numbers under wraps, Stranger Things is thought to be their most successful original.

MICHELLE PFEIFFER’S CONSTANT FEAR OF FAILURE: Although Michelle Pfeiffer has decades of acclaimed work to speak to her talent, she’s still afraid she’s going to be fired. She tells ET: “I think it comes from not having a background of formal training, you know, in the beginning. And I think when I started out, a lot of actors were coming out of Juilliard and I was just this young person from Orange County, kind of just getting by on my instincts purely and I think, for the longest time, I felt like it wasn’t really enough and maybe didn’t give me the credibility and maybe because I had to find my technique as I went along. That I didn’t sort of start from a real secure place.” Pfeiffer can next be seen in Maleficent: Mistress of Evil with Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning, out October 18^th.

KAIA GERBER DEBUTS TATTOO: Kaia Gerber showed off new ink at the Spring-Summer 2020 Balenciaga show. The tattoo says, “Strawberry Fields,” and appears to be a reference to the Beatles son; it’s located on the left side of back, next to her bra strap.
