Kamloops Rugby Club Raiders one-and-one on the weekend

KAMLOOPS — The Raiders go 1-1 on the day with the women falling to a strong Burnaby side 74-13. 2 rookie try scorers with Alicia Grover and Niki Triantafillou touching down.

Lindsay Stobbe kicked the penalty goal.

The men had a hard fought match against a tough Squamish side, but pulled away to win 30-24.

Try scorers were Lane Jansen, Dillon Alexandre, and Wyatt Henry, with Greg Thomson booting 2 converts and 2 penalty kicks.

The women are on a bye next week, the 3rd div men host Chilliwack, and the 2nd div men host Surrey.
