Celebrity Buzz with Felicity Huffman, Rob Cohen and Dog the Bounty Hunter
DUANE DOG CHAPMAN’S BRUTAL DIAGNOSIS: Just three months after his wife Beth Chapman died following her battle with cancer, Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman is now facing his own life-threatening health issues. Chapman, 66, was given the diagnosis on The Dr. Oz Show, airing today (Monday). “You’re a ticking time bomb,” Dr. Oz, who went to visit Dog at his Denver home, says. “You’re not going to be here with the heart the way it is right now. Fear of death is normal. I’m surprised you don’t fear death when you’re chasing after convicts. But when you run away from doctor, that means you have to do your own doctoring.” He is reportedly treating the condition with blood thinners and a healthy diet, and is trying to kick smoking. He suffered a heart incident in mid-September, TMZ reported, which alerted doctors to his condition.
ROB COHEN ACCUSED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT: Fast and the Furious director Rob Cohen has been accused of sexual assault, according to reports. He allegedly assaulted an unnamed victim in 2015 when she was unconscious. He had called her to a business meeting in Manhattan to discuss a TV pilot collaboration. Cohen’s lawyer Martin Singer responded to HuffPost‘s story and request for comment: The proposed Story is an outrageous defamatory hit piece, making extraordinarily offensive assertions that my client engaged in heinous sexual misconduct, criminal wrongdoing, and other inappropriate behavior, which are vehemently disputed and denied by my client,” calling it part of “the Me Too media frenzy.”
FELICITY HUFFMAN’S DAUGHTER TO RETAKE SATs: Felicity Huffman‘s daughter Sophia will reportedly retake her SATs after Felicity admitted to having scores boosted the last time she took the test. Felicity was sentenced to two weeks behind bars. “I can only say I am so sorry, Sophia. I was frightened, I was stupid, and I was so wrong,” Huffman said at her sentencing. “I am deeply ashamed at what I have done. I have inflicted more damage than I could imagine.”
ROBERT DE NIRO SLAMS TRUMP ON TV: Robert De Niro laced into President Donald Trump and those who disagree with his outspoken criticism of Trump. “F**k em,” he told viewers on Reliable Sources with Brian Seltzer on Fox. “This is cable, so it’s not an FCC violation, but it still is a Sunday morning,” host Stelter commented. De Niro then described Trump as a “gangster” and “crazy.”
