KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops-based Jim Pattison Broadcast Group (JPBG-owned) and its unionized employees have reached an agreement on a new contract.
The four-year deal was ratified by members of Unifor Local 1010 on Wednesday (Sept. 25).
The negotiation was unique in that it brought employees at all three JPBG-owned, unionized television stations under the same agreement.
In addition to CFJC-TV in Kamloops, JPBG also operates CKPG-TV in Prince George and CHAT-TV in Medicine Hat.
