BILLY PORTER DENIES GIVING RUPAUL SIDE EYE: Both RuPaul and Billy Porter won Emmys at Sunday’s ceremony, and when RuPaul was onstage delivering his speech, cameras caught Porter with a blank expression, giving what some say was side eye. That prompted some on social media to assume there was drama between the pair. “I need to know the tea between RuPaul and Billy Porter,” wrote one fan, while another added, “Woaaaaaaaah, @theebillyporter is NOT impressed with @RuPaul”. Porter saw the speculation and told reporters later: “Let me make this clear right now in this room to everybody. Right now. There was never a side-eye coming from me. There’s never anything negative coming from me. You’re never going to get from it. Okay. It’s all love, all love, it’s all positivity. Don’t come to me with that.” (People)

ANDY DICK ACCUSED OF ASSAULT: TMZ is reporting that there’s an active warrant out for Andy Dick‘s arrest after he allegedly groped his Uber driver in April of 2018. The arrest warrant was reportedly issued in March, but Dick hasn’t been arrested yet. (TMZ)

BEN STILLER AND CHRISTINE TAYLOR WALK RED CARPET TOGETHER: Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor walked the Emmys red carpet together Sunday night. Eyebrows were raised because the pair split in 2017 after 17 years of marriage. This isn’t the first time they’ve been spotted together in public post-split, but this is the first formal event they’ve attended together. (The Blast)

CARL RUIZ DIES AT AGE 44: Celebrity chef Carl Ruiz has died at age 44. Guy Fieri shared the news on Twitter: “I’m heartbroken that my friend chef Carl Ruiz is gone. I have no words to describe what a great friend he was to me and my family. His ability to make me laugh and smile under any circumstances was only outshined by his talent as a chef.”(ET)

LIZZO’S DELIVERY DRIVER DENIES FOOD THEFT: The delivery driver that Lizzo claimed stole her Postmates food tells TMZ that her life has become a living hell since the singer publicly accused her of stealing her food. She tells TMZ the accusation is false, and now she’s afraid of leaving her home. A Postmates spokesperson told TMZ that when Lizzo complained about the food not arriving, they “we looked into the matter and quickly resolved the issue. We apologize to Lizzo for any inconvenience.” Sources tell TMZ that the driver waited the five minutes required by the company when Lizzo didn’t respond to let her know her delivery had arrived, then left.
