TOBIANO SOLD

New ownership at Tobiano Resort

TOBIANO, B.C. — New ownership has taken over at Tobiano resort west of Kamloops.

In a news release, Diverse Properties says it is now the 100 per cent owner of Kamlands Holdings — the holding company of several Tobiano utility companies and the residential and commercial development lands at Tobiano.

Former Kamlands owner Mike Ternier said in the release:

“It has been a long and exciting journey for me at Tobiano. I have worked with the Diverse group as my 50 (per cent) partner for the past couple of years, and have been extremely impressed with their professionalism, and ability to take action. I’m excited to see them take Tobiano to the next level.”

Diverse president Ron Funk says Ternier has been an asset to the company over the years.
