KAMLOOPS —- The Kamloops Blazers have released defenseman Jackson Caller.

The 20-year old from Kamloops was acquired last season in a trade with the Saskatoon, that sent Nolan Kneen to the Blades.

In 45 games with the Blazers he had a goal and three assists.

Caller had missed most of this years training camp with an injury.

The release of Caller, who is expected to join the Vernon Vipers in the B.C. Hockey League, leaves the Blazers with an overage vacancy.
