MYA-LECIA NAYLOR’S CAUSE OF DEATH REVEALED: British actress Mya-Lecia Naylor hanged herself at age 16 earlier this year, but she didn’t mean to die, according to multiple reports. “Death by misadventure indicates although the deceased deliberately carried out the acts, they did not intend to bring about their death,” assistant coroner in the case, Toby Watkin said, addiing she died at the hospital from “fatal pressure to her neck. I find she did not intend to her own life.” She died in April.

DR. OZ OPENS UP ABOUT MOM’S ALZHEIMER’S DIAGNOSIS: The Dr. Oz Show host tells People that is “frustrated and mad” that he overlooked signs that his 81-year-old mom Suna‘s health was failing. Oz lost his father in February, and he says that while he noticed that she was struggling to find words and his sisters thought she was dressing strangely, they didn’t put the symptoms together. “If the right word was, ‘You look beautiful today,’ she would use, ‘You look pretty prettier today.’ I missed those clues,” he says. “Alzheimer’s is like a snake in the grass. You don’t see it. You only see the effects of it suddenly. And if there’s a wind blowing the grass, you don’t even notice the grass moving strangely. It sneaks up on you.” Once her health issues became more obvious, she was diagnosed. Suna is now living in Turkey under the care of Oz’s sister, People reports.
