Blazers stay perfect in preseason
KAMLOOPS — So the question of the day is- are the Blazers for real?
Kamloops ran their pre-season record to 5-0 on the weekend with a three-game sweep at a mini-tournament in Langley. The Blazers wrapped up the weekend yesterday ( Sunday) with a 5-1 win over the Vancouver Giants, after earlier beating Prince George 7-1 and Victoria 6-4.
In Sunday’s game, Logan Stankoven had two goals and an assist, Zane Franklin a goal and two assists, and Orrin Centazzo finished with a goal and an assist. Rayce Ramsay was the winning goalie, his second win of the weekend.
Saturday, 6 different Blazers scored to provide a balanced attack, and Dylan Garand got the win in the net.
