Sun Peaks extends chairlift operations through September

SUN PEAKS — Hikers and bikers can enjoy the mountains a little longer, as Sun Peaks Resort will have the chairlift open for four bonus weekends this month.
The Sunburst Chairlift will be open Friday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m every weekend in September, so visitors can utilize the alpine cross country biking and hiking trails.
Weekend operation dates include:
- September 6 to 8, 2019
- September 13 to 15, 2019
- September 20 to 22, 2019
- September 27 to 29, 2019
