KEVIN HART HEADED FOR WEEKS OF THERAPY? TMZ reports that while Kevin Hart is healing after a major car accident, he will require weeks of extensive therapy before he’s back to 100%. Hart had back surgery Sunday night following the terrifying accident that landed Hart’s car (he was sitting shotgun) in a ditch. The driver, Jared Black, was determined to not be under the influence. He was airlifted to UCLA Medical and his condition is unknown. (TMZ)

DISNEY ALUM JORDAN PRUITT SUES MANAGER: Former Disney star and The Voice contestant is accusing her former manager, Keith Thomas, of sexual abuse. In legal docs filed August 14th and obtained by E!, the 28-year-old is suing Thomas, the record label Hollywood Records and its parent company, Disney. Speaking out publicly to Variety, she said: “Too often they fall short of protecting the young talent that they are ‘supposed’ to be caretakers for. Time and time again we see people in positions of power fail us. I couldn’t be more disappointed in how Disney treats their underage talent like cash cows.” Pruitt signed with Hollywood in 2005, and put out two records in 2007 and 2008. (E!)

JONAH HILL AND GIANNA SANTOS ARE ENGAGED: Jonah Hill and girlfriend Gianna Santos are engaged, Page Six reports. Hill, 35, and Santos, 30, reportedly began dating this summer. She is a content manager at Violet Grey and previously worked as head stylist at KITH. (Page Six)

BAM MARGERA’S MOM SAYS HE’S ADDICTED TO DRAMA: Bam Margera begged Dr. Phil for help, and the doc agreed, setting up a session with the troubled reality star, and then getting him into rehab. (Which he then left, and returned to). TMZ snagged a copy of their taped session. In it, he lashes out at his wife Nikki and his mom, who participated remotely, who told him he’s “addicted to drama.” (TMZ)

BETH STERN REVEALS CANCER SCARE: Howard Stern‘s wife Beth Stern shared happy news Tuesday on Instagram, letting fans know that after six months worrying that she had breast cancer, she has been declared cancer free. She wrote: “I went in for an annual mammogram 6 months ago and they found 1/2 inch growth that needed to be rechecked in 6 months. Today was my recheck and it didn’t increase in size. I was a nervous wreck for the past 6 months.” She said her growth was a Fibroadenoma, or a non-cancerous tumor, and reminded women to get their yearly check-up. (The Blast)
