DOG THE BOUNTY TALKS SCAM: Dog the Bounty Hunter is claiming that the $430K scam he evaded is targeting vulnerable people. Duane “Dog” Chapman tells Page Six that he was invited to give a speech in Dubai for $430K, but was told to donate a large portion of the fee back to the organization running the event. The 66-year-old smelled something fishy, and though his literary agent initially agreed to the speech, he withdrew, only to find out that other people had fallen victim to the scam. Many had recently lost a person or were otherwise vulnerable. (Chapman’s wife Beth recently died). “One of the victims was one of the ‘Housewives’ that lost the husband,” Chapman told Page Six, choosing to keep her name anonymous.”Then I started noticing anyone that had been through a traumatic experience was bait. You know, like, loss of a loved one, a very bad illness, stuff like that. These predators were picking on someone who was not in their right mind.” (Page Six)

The parents took their three kids out to the Dayton, Ohio outlet two nights in a row, People reports. Among other dishes, they shared the Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake. (People)

STORMI WEBSTER MAKES RED CARPET DEBUT: Stormi Webster, the 1-year-old daughter of Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, attended her first red carpet event Tuesday night. The toddler was there to support dad at the premiere of Netflix‘s documentary, Travis Scott: Look Mom I can Fly. Travis Scott: Look Mom I Can Fly is available to stream starting Wednesday, Aug. 28. BEN AFFLECK CELEBRATES WITH KIDS, NOT JENNIFER GARNER: While Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck often appear at each other’s sides to celebrate milestones, despite being divorced, Garner did not show for Affleck’s birthday fete, Page Six reports. Affleck and their kids ate at Barton G in LA Saturday night. A source tells Page Six: “He was having a great time … The desserts came out with sparklers to celebrate.” (Page Six)
