Dazzling displays showcased at Kamloops Gem and Mineral Show

KAMLOOPS — The fourth annual Kamloops Gem and Mineral Show is taking over the McArthur Island event centre this weekend.

The largest gem show in Western Canada features vendors from around the country, showcasing unique gems, crystals, fossils, jewellery, and much more.

The second full day of the event runs until 6 p.m today (Aug. 24), and doors will be open between 10 a.m and 5.p.m tomorrow.

Admission fees are as follows:

• General: one-day ticket – $8 , three day ticket – $12
• Senior/Student: one-day ticket – $6 , three day ticket – $9
• Children 12 and under (accompanied by an adult) — free
