5 SECONDS OF SUMMER DROP NEW SONG, ‘TEETH,’ FOR ’13 REASONS WHY’: 5 Seconds Of Summer has released their intense new track “Teeth” that will be featured on the next season of Netflix’s controversial series 13 Reasons Why. The track comes with a dark music video from the mind of Thibaut Duverneix. The band is subjected to an experiment-gone-wrong resulting in each member’s personal hellscape, signified with changing colors and different environments reminiscent of art installations. The track was co-written by Ryan Tedder, among others, and features guitar work from Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello. “Teeth” is the second single from 5SOS’ upcoming album, following “Easier.” The 13 Reasons Why soundtrack arrives Friday.A TV SERIES ABOUT BTS BECOMING A GROUP IS IN THE WORKS: A new television series about the K-Pop group BTS is in the works, but they won’t be starring in it. The series will follow how the seven-member group met and became one of the world’s hottest bands. The show will cast young actors as younger versions of the stars. Bang Si-hyuk, founder and co-CEO of Big Hit Entertainment, said, “Big Hit is currently preparing a drama series together with a leading Korean production company based on the Bangtan Universe, slated for release in the second half of 2020. It will be a story set in the BU about how the seven boys first met.”
CHARLIE PUTH DEBUTS ‘I WARNED MYSELF’ MUSIC VIDEO: Charlie Puth is playing with fire on his brand new track, “I Warned Myself.” The singer-songwriter debuted the haunting song with a music video Wednesday that features flames, fast cars and a femme fatale he can’t seem to escape. On the track, co-written with Benny Blanco, Charlie sings about being with a woman who already has a boyfriend but lies to him about it. Even though he should have noticed the red flags, he continues to see her. “I Warned Myself” is the first new music from Charlie since his 2018 album Voicenotes. He also co-wrote Katy Perry’s latest song, “Small Talk,” and the 5 Seconds of Summer hit, “Easier.”
