THE STORY BEHIND LEONARDO DICAPRIO’S BANNED FILM: Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire made an indie in the mid-90s before they were household names. They ad-libbed the whole film, which has been banned from ever being show in Canada. Dubbed Don’s Plum, Page Six claims it was shot over six days and tells the story of a group of 20-something guys who get together at an L.A. diner with a new girl every weekend. In it, DiCaprio plays rude Derek, whose standout lines are: “Do you girls masturbate at all? and “I’ll f-king throw a bottle at your face, you goddamn whore.” The pair are reportedly afraid that while they didn’t portray themselves, viewers will associate them with the characters’ behavior. Around that time, both were part of what was called a “Pussy Posse,” of skirt-chasing party boys. (Page Six)
