Police investigating homicide in Williams Lake
WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — Police in Williams Lake are investigating after a 43-year-old man was killed.
North District spokesperson Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says officers in the city were called to a report of shots fired shortly before 1:00 a.m. Tuesday.
When police arrived in the 1100 block of Mackenzie Avenue, they found an injured man in the driveway of a home. He was taken to hospital where he died from injuries.
“Williams Lake General Investigation Section with support from North District Major Crime Unit are actively investigating this priority offence,” Saunderson said.
