Southern Charm star Shep Rose, 39, angered fans Monday after recording himself mocking a woman in the East Village of NYC for collecting cans. He posted a video on Instagram Stories and refused to apologize when fans expressed outrage. Rose has since deleted the clip, but fans captured it. (People)
