Two men missing from Surrey; vehicle found near Logan Lake

LOGAN LAKE, B.C. — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two men missing from Surrey.

Surrey RCMP say in a news release that Richard Scurr and Ryan Provencher were last seen at 12:30 p.m. on July 17, in the 16400-block of 23 A Avenue in Surrey.

Provencher was seen driving a 2019 white Jeep Cherokee with Scurr as a passenger.

Neither man has been seen or heard from since.

The vehicle has since been located near Logan Lake.

Provencher is described as:

• 38 years old
• Slim build
• White
• 5’10”
• 180 lbs.
• Short brown hair
• Blue eyes

Scurr is described as:

• 37 years old
• Athletic build
• White
• 6’4″
• 220 lbs.
• Brown, brush-cut hair
• Brown eyes

Police say it’s out of character for both men to be out of touch this long.
