Defending-champion HD Bombers take Game 1 in Kamloops fastball league final

KAMLOOPS — The HD Bombers are one win away from their third straight Kamloops Major Men’s Fastball championship.
The Bombers, led by winning pitcher Adam Donnelly, took Game 1 of the league’s championship series 11-4 on Thursday night. Donnelly surrendered four hits in five innings pitched.
Cory Warner and Mark White led the way offensive for the HD Bombers. Warner went 2-for-3 with 3 RBI and a home run, while White also went 2-for-3 with 4 RBI.
Vegas Antoine led Frenchy’s Prowlers with a 2-for-3 night at the plate with 3 RBI.
