Two Kamloops teens killed in weekend crash near Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — The BC Coroner’s Service says two teenagers from Kamloops were killed in a crash north of Prince George.

Police say the male and female were in a vehicle that collided head-on with an oncoming transport truck near McLeod Lake Sunday afternoon.

A third person in the vehicle was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the truck was not injured and the cause of the crash is under investigation.
