Conservative leader Andrew Scheer to hold barbecue in Kamloops next week

KAMLOOPS — Conservative Party of Canada Leader Andrew Scheer will visit Kamloops next week.

Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo MP Cathy McLeod confirms Scheer will be in Kamloops Tuesday, July 2 for a community barbecue.

The barbecue is scheduled for the Riverside Park bandshell beginning at 11:00 a.m. The event is by donation to the Lions Club.

McLeod says Scheer will likely visit a local business ahead of the barbecue.

Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP.
