Kamloops moving up the list of destination cities in Canada

KAMLOOPS — Canada’s Tournament Capital is becoming more desireable to live-in, according to U-Haul’s list of destination cities in Canada.

For 2018, Kamloops was the No. 30 Canadian destination city according to the latest U-Haul migration trends report, up nine spots from the year prior.

There was a 25 per cent year over year increase in one-way U-Haul truck arrivals in Kamloops in 2018.

U-Haul says it will announce the top migration destination in Canada on June 28.
