Boil water advisory for Logan Lake will likely be in place for another week

LOGAN LAKE, B.C. — A boil water advisory for the community of Logan Lake will continue, after originally being issued last Saturday (June 1).

In a news release, the District of Logan Lake says it is undergoing additional rounds of testing for its water distribution system, as an extra precautionary measure to ensure public health and safety.

The system will continue to be chlorinated during this time.

The District is recommending residents boil drinking water for at least three minutes prior to cooling and drinking it.
