KAMLOOPS — Here are the Kamloops Crime Stoppers crimes of the week for May 14, 2019.

Crime of the Week #1

Kamloops Crime Stoppers would like your help tracking down a man who used a stolen credit card.

The organization says on May 5, a backpack was stolen from a local worksite. A wallet was inside the backpack, and since the theft a credit card from that wallet has been used to make purchases at numerous convenience stores in the city.

Suspect description:

  • White
  • Wearing a white ball cap, dark-coloured T-shirt and pants

Crime of the week #2

Police would like to track down a gas card thief.

According to Kamloops Crime Stoppers, a Petro Canada gas card was taken from a local business some time before March 3. Between March 3 and March 11, that card was used at a series of Petro Can locations to buy about $3,500 in gas.

Suspect description:

  • White
  • Late 40s
  • Scruffy beard
  • Tattoos on his right forearm
  • Was wearing a thick silver chain with a pendant

Crime of the week #3

Kamloops Crime Stoppers has a photo of a theft suspect they would like you to see.

They say the theft of electronics happened at a North Shore store last Thursday (May 9).

  • Slight build
  • Carrying a black backpack
  • Wearing a ball cap, two-toned blue and grey long-sleeved shirt and jeans
