Kamloops Venom defeat Vernon for third time this season to pad TOJLL lead

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Venom remain at the top of the three-team Thompson Okanagan Junior Lacrosse League standings.

The Venom defeated the Vernon Tigers 10-8 at Memorial Arena on Sunday night, Kamloops’ third win of the season over their lacrosse rivals.

Kamloops is 4-1, six points ahead of both the Tigers and South Okanagan Flames. The Venom next play on Wednesday night in Vernon.
