MANCHESTER, England — Arsenal qualified for the Europa League final by beating Valencia 4-2 thanks to a hat trick from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on Thursday, completing a 7-3 win on aggregate.

The other semifinal between Chelsea and Eintracht Frankfurt headed for extra time at Stamford Bridge following a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes. It was the same score in the first leg in Germany last week.

Alexandre Lacazette was the other scorer for Arsenal at the Mestalla Stadium as the two strikers combined for all seven goals over the two legs. The English team will likely need to win the Europa League to get into next season’s Champions League.
