Former Blazer Davidson named WHL allstar

KAMLOOPS — A former Blazer has been named a Western Hockey League all-star.

Defenceman Dawson Davidson from the Saskatoon Blades has been selected to the Eastern Conference first team.

Davidson spent the first two and a half seasons of his career with the Blazers before being traded to Regina.

This season the 21 year old finished tied for the league lead in scoring by defencemen with 13 goals and 75 points in 68 games.
