Zary scores twice as Canada falls in U-18 semifinal

ORNSKOLDSVIK, Sweden – Team Canada will play for a bronze medal tomorrow, after falling 4-3 to Sweden in semi-final action at the world under-18 hockey championship today (April 27).

Connor Zary of the Kamloops Blazers had two goals, while Philip Brober and Alex Newhook also scored for Canada.

The teams entered the first intermission tied 1-1, but Sweden pulled ahead to a final winning goal in the third period.
