Gaming fans are not here for Prince Harry‘s recent comments about the video game Fortnite. Harry made the-according to Twitter-“incendiary” remarks during a royal visit to the YMCA in London, where he met with mental health organization leaders who are working with teens and young adults.

Harry said: “Growing up in today’s world, social media is more addictive than drugs and alcohol. Yet it’s more dangerous because it’s normalized and there are no restrictions to it. We are in a mind-altering time.”

This comes after he and his wife Meghan Markle joined Instagram this week (and managed to rack of up several million followers within a few days).

But here’s what really got people revved up: “A game like Fortnite for instance may not be so good for children. Parents have got their hands up-they don’t know what to do about it. It’s like waiting for the damage to be done and kids turning up on your doorsteps and families being broken. That game shouldn’t be allowed. Where is the benefit having that game your household? It’s created to addict, an addiction to keep you in front of a computer for as long as possible. It’s so irresponsible.”

One critic wrote: “please tell my favourite Prince Harry to do one when educating parents on the dangers of social media. He is weeks from being a new dad and I find it patronising to be honest ….. ban @FortniteGame if you really care if not then bloody bog off.”

Another tweeted: “Sorry but some people like games for escapism, relaxation and enjoyment. Not everyone has the means to go wherever, whenever they want so rely on other means.”

Meanwhile, at lunch for military vets on Thursday, Sheriff Alderman Vincent Keaveny asked him about the baby he and Megan are expecting and he said: Of course I am excited, very excited.”

On another positive note, the pair have moved into Frogmore Cottage finally, in anticipation of their baby’s arrival.
