KIM KARDASHIAN TALKS BABY NAMES ON JIMMY KIMMEL: Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian appeared on Monday night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! one day after Keeping Up With the Kardashians premiered. When Kimmel asked Kim about how she picks her baby names, she said: “I definitely take a family survey. But it’s usually after the baby’s born or we’re trying to figure out what the baby looks like. I usually go about three or four days nameless until I feel that it really connects.” Kim is expecting her fourth child with husband Kanye West. She will welcome this child, like her previous Chicago, via surrogate. Their other children are named North and Saint. Kim also said that she has been researching Armenian names, and has considered naming her baby “Rob” after her brother and late father. (E!)

GIGI HADID ACCUSING PAP AGENCY OF SHAKE-DOWN: According to court docs obtained by The Blast, supermodel Gigi Hadid is accusing a paparazzi agency of trying to shake her down over an Instagram post. She is asking a judge to toss the suit filed against her by Xclusive-Lee Inc., which sued her over a picture they took of her then she posted on the ‘Gram. Her suit claims: “It is an unfortunate reality of Ms. Hadid’s day-to-day life that paparazzi make a living by exploiting her image and selling it for profit. This lawsuit takes that practice to a new level: the Complaint seeks substantial monetary damages from Ms. Hadid based on allegations that she found a copy of a photograph of herself online and reposted it to her personal Instagram account, where it remained for a matter of days.” (The Blast)

JUSSIE SMOLLETT CASE PROMPTS DUELING PROTESTS: Hundreds of demonstrators, including cops and community activists, descended on State Attorney Kim Foxx‘s office Monday following her decision to dismiss charges against Empire star Jussie Smollett. (He was accused of staging a hate crime against himself). “Foxx must go!” shouted members of the city’s Fraternal Order of Police, and others. “Racists must go!” the activists reportedly fired back. BRISTOL PALIN QUITS TEEN MOM OG: After appearing in MTV‘s Teen Mom OG for season 7, Bristol Palin, 28, says she won’t return. “Teen Mom OG wasn’t a fit for me, it took away my peace… and honestly – my peace has a price tag that no one but God can afford,” Palin wrote on Instagram. (People)
