Collision shuts down section of Highway 1 in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — UPDATE: According to an update from Argo Roads Thompson Maintenance, Exit 369, the eastbound Columbia Street off ramp from Highway 1 is now clear, and traffic is flowing.

PREVIOUS:

Traffic may be impacted in Kamloops this morning (Mar. 9) due to a motor vehicle collision near the Highway 1 eastbound exit (369) accessing Columbia Street.

In a release this morning, Staff Sgt. Michel Grondin says the road will be closed for an undetermined amount of time due to the collision. 

However, the west bound exit from Columbia Street accessing Highway 1 will still be open to regular traffic.
