Cotter and Wark win B.C. Curling Championships

KAMLOOPS — Jim Cotter and Sarah Wark will represent B.C. at the Brier and Scotties.
Cotter won his 8th provincial championship, defeating Victoria’s Jason Montgomery 9-4 in the men’s final in Quesnel.
The Cotter rink, from Vernon and Kelowna, went through the week undefeated at 5-and-0 and will carry B.C.’s flag to the Brandon Brier.
Sarah Wark, from Abbotsford, took the women’s B.C. title with a 7-4 win over Corryn Brown of Kamloops.
