Meghan’s Making Prince Harry Grumpy?

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry‘s relationship has been the subject of intense speculation since news first broke of their romance. More recently, Meghan was credited with turning Harry onto yoga, green juice and a generally healthier lifestyle, but new reports have emerged that allegedly reveal a much more nefarious influence.

Since their royal wedding in May of 2018, the Suits alum has reportedly urged Harry to shun reporters. Duncan Larcombe, a veteran royal reporter, even tells the New York Post that she is causing some unwelcome personality changes in her new husband.

“All of Harry’s staff have always thought he was fantastic, but the two of them [together] are high maintenance” Larcombe added, claiming that Harry has allegedly been “quite grumpy and aloof from his own inner circle of staff. Harry was always very pally with [them], so this is very unlike him … What people love about Harry is that he wears his heart on his sleeve. He’s down to earth, a normal guy trapped in the royal world, and he doesn’t take himself very seriously. But now he is.”

Larcombe contends that Meghan’s demands may hail from her Hollywood background: “As an actress, Meghan expects perfection. But when you’re in the royal family, you have to learn that it’s not about you, it’s about what you represent.”

Another contender accused Meghan of using and disposing Harry’s friends after they were engaged: “In the early days, Harry’s closest friends tried to help Meghan out when she was the new girl on the block, but she didn’t really need them after she got the ring on her finger.”

VALENTINE’S DAY

Meanwhile, it looks like Valentine’s Day will be filled with work, not play, for the pair. Harry is set to visit Exercise Clockwork, 200 miles inside the Arctic Circle in North Norway on Feb. 14, according to Kensington Palace. The pregnant Meghan will stay at home.
