SHAWN MENDES ADDS LATIN AMERICAN DATES TO HIS UPCOMING WORLD TOUR: Shawn Mendes has announced seven new dates in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Peru, as part of his headlining world tour in support of his self-titled album. The new dates kick off November 30 in Sao Paolo, Brazil and wrap December 20th in Mexico City. Tickets go on sale February 1st. Shawn’s global trek officially kicks off in Europe on March 7th and will run through the fall with over 70 dates across the world. His North American dates begin June 12th in Portland, Oregon.
KATY PERRY, CIARA AMONG THOSE HEADLINING NEW ORLEANS JAZZ FEST: The Rolling Stones, Katy Perry and Dave Matthews Band are set to headline the 2019 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. The 50th annual festival will be held from April 25-28 and then May 2-5 at the Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans. The Rolling Stones, Jimmy Buffett, Chris Stapleton, Bob Seger, Carlos Santana, Pitbull, Van Morrison, Al Green, Logic, Earth, Wind & Fire, J Balvin, Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan, Tom Jones, Alanis Morissette, The Doobie Brothers, Ziggy Marley and many more and also set to perform. LAUREN JAUREGUI TEASES ‘MORE THAN THAT’ VIDEO: Lauren Jauregui took to Twitter to share a snippet of the video that will accompany her second solo track, “More Than That.” In the 11-second-long visual, the song’s intro plays as a hazy image of a beautiful, young brunette swaying to the rhythm pans out. Jauregui captioned the video with a date, “#MoreThanThatVideo out Friday, January 18th.”
