STEVE CARELL TEAMS UP WITH OFFICE VETS FOR SPACE FORCE: Steve Carell is teaming up with The Office exec producer Greg Daniels on a new workplace comedy, Space Force. The series will star Carell (he will also produce), and will land on Netflix. The series centers around people tasked with creating a sixth leg of the armed services … the Space Force. No word on who else will star or when fans can expect to see Space Force.

JENNY MCCARTHY TALKS REAL BEAUTY: Before Jenny McCarthy‘s Masked Singer premiered last night (Wednesday), the 46-year-old opened up perception versus reality when it comes to beauty. She told People of her husband Donnie Walhberg: “The most beautiful thing anyone has ever said to me, by far, is my husband who said, numerous times, as I’ve said ‘I just want to look younger or prettier’ in my insecure moments, and he says, ‘You can’t ever look more beautiful, you can look different, but never more beautiful.’” McCarthy stars alongside Robin Thicke, Nicole Scherzinger and Ken Jeong as judges on the new Fox singing competition show, which features 12 celeb contestants performing in disguise to obscure their identities. The Masked Singer airs Wednesdays (9 p.m. ET) on Fox.

AMANDA SEYFRIED RUNS INTO FILM DADS: Hi dads! Amanda Seyfried, 33, happened to have a run-in with her two on-screen fathers at the Geneva airport in Switzerland. She ran into Pierce Brosnan, 65, and Hugh Jackman, 50. Brosnan share a shot of the trio on Instagram, writing: “So there I am sitting in the airport lounge at [Geneva] airport and who should walk into my day but Amanda and Hugh …love you both and all the work that you do safe travels.” Jackman’s Jean Valjean cared for Seyfried’s Cosette after her mother’s death in 2012’s Les Misrables, while Brosnan plays one of Seyfried’s three possible dads in both 2008’s Mamma Mia and 2018’s Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again!

ZOE SALDANA SHOWS GAMORA TRANSFORMATION: Zoe Saldana has been playing the Guardian of the Galazy‘s Gamora for nearly five years, and the process of transformation she must undergo to embody the Marvel icon is, well, heroic. The 40-year-old shared a video of the transformation on Instagram, writing: “Hair up! What goes on, must come off! Adios Gamora…for now.”
