JOHNNY DEPP QUESTIONED IN $30M SUIT: Johnny Depp sat down and answered questions under oath in the $30 million suit he brought against his former lawyers, The Blast reports. On January 3rd, Depp filed court docs revealing he’d been questioned by Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman on December 12th. In the filing, Depp accuses them of attempting to smear him with false accusations, The Blast reports. A trial has been set for May 6th. (The Blast)
KIM KARDASHIAN CONFIRMS BABY IS DUE SOON: Kim Kardashian confirmed multiple reports that she and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate. The 38-year-old appeared on Monday’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She confirmed that it’s a boy and that he’s due “sometime soon.” She said she thinks the story got out because “I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and told some people. I can’t remember who I told because I never get drunk.” They share daughter North, 5, son Saint, 3, and daughter Chicago, 11 months. (People)

Jamie Otis tells her fans on Instagram: “@doughehner & I have to wait a month before we can hop back on the trying-to-conceive bandwagon. But honestly – at this point – I don’t even know when we are going to begin trying again.” This was her second miscarriage in fourth months. She told followers that her heart went out to others who’d suffered similar losses. “We will get through this together,” she said. “One in four never seems real until it happens to you.
