Tobiano residents invited to discuss construction projects, watershed

KAMLOOPS — Provincial officials are inviting Tobiano residents to a public information session at a local restaurant tonight.

According to a public notice, the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, and the Thompson-Nicola Regional District will be hosting the meeting at Black Iron Restaurant at the Tobiano Golf Course this evening.

The information session will focus on upcoming construction on Rodeo Drive and Greenstone Road Cherry Creek Crossings on Highway 1 and on Beaton Road.

Environmental approvals for Creek Works done by residents and the upcoming watershed study will also be discussed.

The session will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 38 Holloway Drive.
