ADAM LEVINE BUYS $32 MILLION PROPERTY FROM BEN AFFLECK AND JENNIFER GARNER: Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has purchased Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s former family home for $32 million. Real estate sources tell TMZ Adam and wife Behati Prinsloo snapped up the three-building Pacific Palisades estate at the end of 2018. It comes complete with a pool, basketball court, gym, screening room and art studio. Apparently, the property never officially hit the market – the sale was done privately. Ben and Jen finalized their divorce in November. When they first split in 2015, Ben lived in a guest house on the property.

MEGHAN TRAINOR WANTS TO BE ‘TOTALLY PREGGO RIGHT NOW’: If Meghan Trainor had her way, she’d be pregnant right now. The 25-year-old singer married Daryl Sabara last month and they want to have kids as soon as they can. “If we could do it how we want to, we’d be, like, totally preggo right now!” Meghan told People. “We’re ready to rumble. I want some children! I want kids! We’re both so excited for it. We both constantly watch baby YouTube videos and lessons on YouTube, like ‘How to take care of an infant.’ [Laughs] We’re just getting prepared every single day. But I’m gonna tour this album, then start thinking about doing it.” Meghan’s album Treat Myself is due out later this year.

BLACK PINK’S ‘WHISTLE’ VIDEO PASSES 300M VIEWS ON YOUTUBE: South Korean girl group Black Pink has had another music video pass 300 million views on YouTube. The K-pop group’s agency, YG Entertainment, confirmed Black Pink reached the milestone Friday with their video for “Whistle.” “Whistle” is Black Pink’s fifth music video to pass 300 million views on YouTube. “Whistle” appears on Black Pink’s single album Square One, which debuted in August 2016. The single also includes the song “Boombayah,” which has over 400 million views on YouTube thus far. Black Pink’s music video for “Ddu-Du Ddu-Du” was the most-viewed K-pop video of 2018. The group will make history in April by becoming the first female K-pop act to perform at Coachella music festival.

SARA BAREILLES SAYS HER NEW ALBUM WILL BE HERE VERY SOON: Sara Bareilles is days away from returning to Broadway in Waitress for the third time and she’s also teasing her new music. The Grammy and Tony-nominated singer took to Twitter to tell fans that her upcoming album is “soooo close” to being released. A fan tweeted her saying, “We know you love to play Jenna but where is the new album?” Sara replied, “it’s soooo close. I promise! sent off my thank yous for the album liner notes yesterday!! eeeeeeeee!!” The album’s lead single is “Armor.”

BACKSTREET BOYS RELEASE ‘NO PLACE’: The Backstreet Boys have dropped the newest single off of their new album. The guys – AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell -dropped their latest song “No Place” from their upcoming, 10th studio album, DNA. DNA is set to be released on January 25th and also features “Chances” and “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.” The official music video for “No Place” features the guys highlighting precious moments with their wives and their family.
