BRITTANY CARTWRIGHT PRESSING CHARGES AFTER PLANE INCIDENT: Vanderpump Rules star Brittany Cartwright is opening up about an alleged (super gross) incident that happened en route from Atlanta to Miami. On Twitter, she claims she was using a bathroom on her Delta flight when a female passenger “started shaking my door a good 3 to 4 times [even though] I had already told her someone was in there.” Later, she says that the passenger mocked her, and then later pulled her hair, pushed her and even put gum in her hair when they exited the plane. “[Fiance] Jax [Taylor] saw it all happen so of course we walk after her and say how dare you touch me, I did nothing but show you a sign,” Cartwright wrote. “This kind of behavior is not acceptable and I will be pressing charges. This incident was a complete assault. I had to cut gum out of my hair. I did absolutely nothing to deserve this and I feel like a mean girl like this needs to be put in [her] place before she acts like this to someone else.” She also claims that Delta attendants failed to help her.

PRESLEY GERBER ARRESTED FOR DUI: Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber‘s son Presley Gerber, 19, was arrested by the Beverly Hills police department on December 30^th, according to Page Six. He was pulled over for speeding and then failed a field sobriety test. “Presley Gerber was arrested and released on his own recognizance and no bail was posted,” his attorney, Scott Spindel, told Page Six. “Presley Gerber has no criminal record and has never been arrested. Presley Gerber takes this very seriously and is taking the steps necessary to address the allegations.”

PRINCE HARRY GIVES UP CAFFEINE, BOOZE: Supportive husband! Prince Harry is abstaining from alcohol and caffeine, per the pregnant Duchess of Sussex‘s request, according to the U.K.’s Express. Harry seems to be embracing the regimen. “All she [Meghan] did was show him there’s another way to live and he’s become a huge fan,” said an insider. “He eats well, doesn’t poison his body, exercises, does a bit of yoga and is a lot happier.” Would you ask your partner to abstain for you?

SAM ROCKWELL AND JESSICA CHASTAIN SET TO PRESENT AT GOLDEN GLOBES: The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has announced that Sam Rockwell and Jessica Chastain will present awards at the 2019 Golden Globe Awards. Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg are set to co-host the Golden Globes on Sunday, January 6^th. The 76th annual Golden Globes airs on NBC at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, live from the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

BOB EINSTEIN DEAD AT 76: Curb Your Enthusiasm actor Bob Einstein has died at age 76. He died Wednesday in Indian Wells, California shortly after being diagnosed with cancer. He became known for his role as Marty Funkhouser on Curb. “I’m in shock. I knew him forever,” Einstein’s Curb costar Richard Lewis tweeted Wedneday. “His role on #curbyourenthusiasm was excruciatingly brilliant! Our cast and crew will be devastated. He was so loved. He told me how much he loved LD and Curb. RIP buddy.”

The View co-host Abby Hunstman is expecting twins with her husband, Jeffrey Livingston. “I knew something was different this time,” Huntsman, 32, told People about heading to the doctor for a pregnancy checkup. “I was actually worried that something was wrong with this pregnancy because I felt sick immediately. I was sick with Isabel (now 13 months), but not until about eight weeks, so I was worried something might have been wrong.” When they found out there were two buns in the oven, Livingston fainted, she said, “which was classic.”
