PM Trudeau to visit Kamloops next week

KAMLOOPS — The Liberal Party of Canada has confirmed Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will visit Kamloops next week.

Trudeau is scheduled to appear at a fundraising lunch at the Coast Kamloops Hotel and Conference Centre on Wednesday, January 9.

The event, billed “An Afternoon with the Rt. Hon. Justin Trudeau,” carries a hefty $300 pricetag for regular tickets.

Those who donate monthly to the party’s Victory Fund can purchase tickets for $200 each, and those 25 and under get tickets for $75 each.
