BTS’ ‘LOVE YOURSELF’ WORLD TOUR CONCERT FILM HEADED TO THEATERS: BTS is bringing their first concert from their Love Yourself World Tour to a movie theater near you. The seven-member K-Pop band dropped the trailer for the film on Wednesday. Shot live at BTS’ sold-out Seoul Olympic Stadium concert, the event delivers an intimate look of the full concert set list, as well as the energy of the guys and their dedication to their artistry. The landmark one-day event will unite fans in 90 countries around the world in celebrating the band’s unprecedented international fame. BTS World Tour Love Yourself in Seoulwill hit theaters only on January 26th at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., and 5 p.m. local time.
JENNIFER LOPEZ AND BEBE REXHA JOIN LINEUP FOR ‘NBC’S NEW YEAR’S EVE’: Jennifer Lopez and Bebe Rexha are joining NBC’s New Year’s Evefestivities this year. J.Lo will be taking the stage in Los Angeles to perform “Limitless,” the Sia-penned anthem from her movie Second Act. Bebe will perform at midnight, live from Times Square in New York. She’ll be singing a rendition of John Lennon’s “Imagine.” As previously reported, NBC’s New Year’s Eve will also include performances by performers Diana Ross, Kelly Clarkson, Andy Grammer, John Legend and Blake Shelton. The special, hosted by Carson Daly, Chrissy Teigen and Leslie Jones, airs December 31st from 10 p.m. ET/PT to 11pm ET/PT. After a break for local news, the show returns from 11:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
MOST RSVPED ARTISTS OF 2018 ON BANDISTOWN: Twenty One Pilots had the most RSVPs on the concert discovery site Bandsintown in 2018. The second-most RSVPed artist was Panic! at the Disco, followed by Shawn Mendes. The 1975 and Ariana Grande round out the top five. Bandsintown also released its list of cities with the most engaged fans, topped by Atlanta, followed by Portland, Oregon, at No. 2; Orlando at No. 3; Seattle at No. 4; and Denver at five. On its list of world cities with the highest increase in events is Madrid at No. 1; Berkeley, California, at two; Munich at three; Edmonton at four; and Montreal at five.
