BETHENNY FRANKEL TO SIT FOR $2M DEPO: Fallout stemmping from RHONY‘s Bethenny Frankel‘s divorce from Jason Hoppy is about to get very real, The Blast reports. The trouble started when she snapped up a $5 million apartment in 2011 and retained Jamie Andrew Schrek to represent her; she was married to Hoppy at the time, so they created a trust to share in ownership. Following their contentious split everything about the transaction went awry, including (according to Frankel) Schrek’s representation of her best interest in the deal. She will be deposed by February. (The Blast)
